Terms and Conditions for Anytime Services LLC: Moving Company and Gas Fireplace Service

Welcome to Anytime Services LLC. By utilizing our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions that govern your use of both our Moving Company and Gas Fireplace Service. Our services encompass both residential and commercial moving solutions, alongside expert Inspection, maintenance, and repair of gas fireplaces.

1. Responsibilities of Clients:

   - Accurate Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information regarding their moving requirements, property conditions, and the specifications of their gas fireplace systems. This includes, but is not limited to, dimensions, weight, accessibility, and any potential hazards.

   - Preparation for Services: Clients are to ensure that all items to be moved are packaged appropriately and that pathways are clear for our team to perform services efficiently. For gas fireplace services, clients must ensure access to the fireplace and any necessary utilities. This includes Clearing any obstacles that may be in the way of the moving pathway to and from the moving truck & apartment/ house. Also, Decorations, Toys, Garbage, pictures, furniture, pets, food, and anything else that may be in the way of our service teams need to be out of the way. We would also appreciate if the client would clear any snow or ice from the steps, sidewalks and driveways before the service date. Also, if you have anything or room that you do not want us to touch, move, or go into, please let us know ahead of time during the booking. This way it will be added to the job sheets before the service.

- Compliance with Regulations:

Clients must ensure that their premises comply with all relevant policies and regulations applicable to the moving services and gas fireplace Inspections Repairs. If not in Compliance, we reserve the right to turn away the service and still charged a Fee of $100.00 or $50.00 fee to reschedule for another date.

2. Responsibilities of Anytime Services LLC:

   - Quality of Service: Anytime Services LLC is committed to delivering high-quality service in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. All team members shall remain respectful while communicating with the clients, pets and others that may be around. Team Members should also keep a positive and professional attitude while on site. Failure will result in immediate termination without pay.

- Care and Safety: Our team will handle all items with care and undertake necessary precautions to minimize risks during the moving process and while working on gas fireplaces. This includes safety straps, tarps, door stoppers, gloves, shoes, etc…

3. Damages:

- Liability for Damages: Anytime Services LLC will not be liable for any damages incurred during service that result from misinformation or negligence on the part of the client. This includes damages to items, property, or premises that arise from incorrect dimensional information or failure to prepare adequately.

   - Coverage of Damages: In the case of damages resulting directly from the actions or negligence of Anytime Services LLC personnel (excluding circumstances attributable to client negligence), we will assess and cover the repair costs not exceeding the replacement value of the damaged item as determined by industry standards.

- Post-Service Inspection: Clients must inspect all items and premises following the completion of services. Any claims for damages must be reported to Anytime Services LLC within 48 hours of service completion to allow for prompt investigation and resolution.

4. Cancellation Policy:

   - Any cancellations for scheduled services must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid incurring a cancellation fee of The Minimum charge of $100.00 or rescheduling service for later date will be charged a minimum of $50.00. This fee will be added to the invoice upon completion of service. If a Cancellation occurs last minute or within less than 24hrs of scheduled service, you will be billed at the provided address provided during the reservation. If you do not pay the $100.00 fee the invoice will be sent to collections.

We reserve the right to modify our terms and conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting the revised document on our website. We strongly encourage our clients to periodically review these terms to remain informed.

By choosing Anytime Services LLC, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms and conditions, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your failure to adhere to these stipulations.
